doh! hacklib borken->fixed (kinda)
<BR>hey all, this is an update to atlasutils which cleans up a couple stupid things which borked hacklib (sorry!)
<BR>i was working on a fixup routine to surgically modify bad bytes in shellcode, but must have seen something shiny and not finished.  i found a line that said "useincoffset =" and that was in.... hmmmm. what was going through my head at that exact moment?  unknown.  we'll see if i can come back around to it later... but for now, hacklib should at least be back in action.  sorry all!
